Barbados Buck
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml / 1 1/3 fl oz Black rum
- 5ml / 1/6 fl oz Creme de Mure
- 7.5ml / 1/4 oz. Lemon juice
- 1 dash of chocolate bitters
- Top with East Imperial Thai Dry Ginger Ale
GARNISH
- Mint sprig
- Brambles / blackberries
METHOD
Add rum, Creme de Mure and lemon juice to a chilled rocks glass and pack with quality ice. Top with East Imperial Thai Dry Ginger Ale and a dash of chocolate bitters and stir gently. Garnish with berries and a sprig of mint.
