Lazarus Lowball
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml / 1 ¾ oz Tequila Blanco
- 10ml / ⅓ oz Creme de Cassis
- 10ml / ⅓ oz fresh Lime Juice
- 150ml / 5 oz Mombasa Ginger Beer
GARNISH
- Fresh Lime Slices and Ginger Slither
METHOD
Add Tequila, Creme de Cassis & fresh lime to a shaker tin, pack with cubed ice and shake hard for 5-7 seconds. Fine strain into rocks glass and garnish with lime and ginger.
